摘　　要：目的探讨针对性健康指导对慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者疾病认知程度及希望水平的影响。方法将110例CML患者依据干预方式的不同分为常规组(51例,行常规干预)和指导组(59例,行针对性健康指导+常规干预)。干预前后,比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、疾病认知评估量表、Herth希望指数(HHI)评分。结果干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,且指导组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者疾病认知评估量表和HHI量表各维度评分均较干预前升高,且指导组患者疾病认知评估量表和HHI量表各维度评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论针对性健康指导可显著提高CML患者的疾病认知程度和希望水平,有效减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪。Objective To investigate the effects of targeted health guidance on disease cognition and hope level in pa-tients with chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML).Method A total of 110 CML patients were divided into routine group(51 cases,routine intervention)and guidance group(59 cases,targeted health guidance+routine intervention)according to different intervention methods.Before and after intervention,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),cognitive assessment scale and Herth hope index(HHI)scores were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and SAS and SDS scores in guidance group were lower than those in routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of cognitive assessment scale and HHI scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of all dimensions of cognitive assessment scale and HHI scale in the guid-ance group were higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted health guidance can significantly improve the disease cognition and hope level of CML patients,and effectively reduce the anxiety and depression.
