摘  要:文章以新拌超高性能混凝土(UHPC)浆体的流动度、黏度以及硬化后浆体的抗压强度为评价指标,确定了UHPC用降黏型外加剂的最佳组成;以抗压强度为评价指标,确定了单因素试验和正交试验得到的UHPC浆体最优配比;试验了不同类型钢纤维对UHPC抗压强度的影响,确定了对抗压强度提高最明显的钢纤维种类;采用优选的钢纤维与两种UHPC浆体优化配比制备渍浆纤维超高性能混凝土(SIF-UHPC),从而确定了抗压强度最高的SIF-UHPC组成。In this paper,the fluidity and viscosity of fresh Ultra High Performance Concrete(UHPC)paste and the strength of hardened UHPC paste were taken as evolution indexes,the optimal compositions of viscosity-reduction miscellaneous aids for UHPC were determined;consequently,take the compressive strength as evolution index,the optimal mix proportion of UHPC pastes based on single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were determined;experimental investigated different types of steel fiber on compressive strength of Slurry Infiltrated Fiber Ultra High Performance Concrete(SIF-UHPC),and the type of steel fiber that has most obvious improvement in compressive strength was determined;SIF-UHPC prepared using the selected steel fiber and the two UHPC pastes,and obtained the optimal composition of SIF-UHPC with the highest compressive strength.
