摘　　要：目的建立融合循证药学与精准药学思维的临床药学专业硕士研究生培养体系。方法分析临床药学专业硕士研究生培养中存在的不足,通过优化课程内容与课程体系,搭建临床药学服务模式与精准药学技术平台,培养临床药学专业硕士研究生的临床实践能力、批判精神、科研素质及人文素养。结果目前,我国临床药学专业硕士研究生在培养过程中存在循证药学与精准药学理念认知不足,培养模式不适应临床需求,培养过程管理不规范,人文教育严重不足等问题。构建了传统医学、循证医学与精准医学融合发展,覆盖理论教学、临床实践与毕业设计全过程的临床药学专业硕士研究生培养体系。结论融合循证药学与精准药学思维的临床药学专业硕士研究生培养体系将有助于研究生临床胜任力的培养,也为新时期药学研究生的培养提供了思路和借鉴。Objective To establish a cultivation system for clinical pharmacy postgraduates with professional degree(hereinafter referred to as clinical pharmacy postgraduates)integrating evidence-based pharmacy and precision pharmacy.Methods The shortcomings in the training of clinical pharmacy postgraduates were analyzed,the course content and system were optimized,and the clinical pharmacy service model and precision pharmacy technology platform were established to cultivate the clinical practice ability,critical spirit,scientific research quality,and humanistic literacy of clinical pharmacy postgraduates.Results At present,there were problems in the training process of clinical pharmacy postgraduates in China,such as insufficient understanding of evidence-based pharmacy and precision pharmacy concepts,unsuitable training models for clinical needs,non-standard management in the cultivation process,and serious shortage of humanistic education.A cultivation system for clinical pharmacy postgraduates integrating traditional medicine,evidence-based medicine,and precision pharmacy was established,covering the entire process of theoretical teaching,clinical practice,and scientific research design.Conclusion The cultivation system for clinical pharmacy postgraduates integrating evidence-based pharmacy and precision pharmacy will enhance their clinical competence,and also provide valuable insights and references for the training of pharmacy postgraduates in the future.
