摘　　要：目的:分析双重血浆分子吸附术(DPMAS)联合低置换量血浆置换术(LPE)治疗肝衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年5月临沂市人民医院收治的肝衰竭患者62例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组采用全量血浆置换术治疗,观察组采用DPMAS联合LPE治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肝功能指标、凝血功能指标、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.034)。治疗后,两组肝功能指标、凝血功能指标均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组炎性因子水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.049)。结论:DPMAS联合LPE治疗肝衰竭的临床效果显著,能够改善患者的肝功能和凝血功能,降低炎性因子水平和不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of double plasma molecular adsorption surgery(DPMAS)combined with lowdose plasma exchange(LPE)in the treatment of liver failure.Methods:A total of 62 patients with liver failure admitted to Linyi People's Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with full-dose plasma exchange surgery,and the observation group was treated with DPMAS combined with LPE.The treatment effect,liver function indexes,blood coagulation function indexes,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).After treatment,the liver function indexes and blood coagulation function indexes in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.049).Conclusion:DPMAS combined with LPE has significant clinical effect in the treatment of liver failure,and can improve liver function and blood coagulation function of patients,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions.
