帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁症的效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月临沂市精神卫生中心收治的精神分裂症合并抑郁症患者116例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(58例)与对照组(58例)。对照组给予奥氮平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予盐酸帕罗西汀治疗。比较两组血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、精神分裂症严重程度、抑郁症状严重程度、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组Hcy水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Hcy水平降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴性症状、阳性症状及一般精神病理学症状评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阴性症状、阳性症状及一般精神病理学症状评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组抑郁评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组抑郁评分降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁症的效果显著,可降低血清Hcy水平,缓解患者精神分裂症和抑郁症状,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in treatment of schizophrenia with depression.Methods:A total of 116 patients with schizophrenia complicated with depression admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(58 cases)and control group(58 cases).The control group was treated with olanzapine,and the observation group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The serum homocysteine(Hcy)level,schizophrenia severity,depressive symptom severity,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Hcy levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Hcy levels in the two groups decreased and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of negative symptoms,positive symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of negative symptoms,positive symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the depression scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Paroxetine combined with olanzapine has a significant effect in the treatment of schizophrenia complicated with depression,and can reduce the serum Hcy level and alleviate the symptoms of schizophrenia and depression in patients,with a high safety.
