摘　　要：目的:分析微型种植体在口腔正畸矫正患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2023年7月于泰兴市中医院接受口腔正畸矫正的62例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各31例。对照组采用传统正畸治疗,研究组采用微型种植体手术治疗。比较两组矫正效果。结果:矫正后,两组咬合力增大,且研究组大于对照组(P<0.05);两组咀嚼效率均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组磨牙位移短于对照组,上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角差大于对照组(P<0.001)。矫正后,两组基质金属蛋白酶2、基质金属蛋白酶9水平均升高,但研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.015)。结论:微型种植体在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善口腔结构,增加咬合力,提高咀嚼效率,减轻炎性反应,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of micro-implant in patients undergoing orthodontic correction.Methods:A total of 62 patients who received orthodontic correction in Taixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinefrom May 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received traditional orthodontic treatment,and the study group re⁃ceived surgical treatment using micro-implant.The correction effects were compared between two groups.Results:After correc⁃tion,the occlusal force in the two groups increased,and the occlusal forcein the study group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency in the two groups increased,and the masticatory efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The molar displacement in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences in the convex distancebetween the upper and central incisors and the inclination angle between the up⁃per and central incisors in the study group werelarger than those in the control group(P<0.001).After correction,the levels of ma⁃trix metalloproteinase 2 and matrix metalloproteinase 9 in the two groups increased,but the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the con⁃trol group(P=0.015).Conclusion:Micro-implant has significant application effects in patients undergoing orthodontictreatment,and can improve the oral structure,increase the occlusal force,improvethe masticatory efficiency,relieve the inflammatory reac⁃tion,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
