胃息肉合并慢性胃炎患者术后使用金胃泰胶囊治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃息肉合并慢性胃炎患者术后使用金胃泰胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2021年9月—2023年8月于南宁市第一人民医院行手术治疗的60例胃息肉合并慢性胃炎患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组术后服用雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用金胃泰胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃脘疼痛、纳差少食、恶心呕吐、疲乏无力积分及胃黏膜病理评分下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组G-17、PGⅡ水平下降,PGⅠ水平升高,与对照组相比,治疗组G-17、PGⅡ水平更低,PGⅠ水平更高(P<0.05)。结论:胃息肉合并慢性胃炎患者术后使用金胃泰胶囊治疗的效果较好,可有效改善患者症状,促进胃黏膜修复。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of postoperative treatment of patients with gastric polyps and chronic gastritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gastric polyps complicated with chronic gastritis who underwent surgery in the First People's Hospital of Nanning from September 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole after surgery,and the observation group was treated with Jingaotai capsule on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of gastric pain,poor appetite,nausea and vomiting,fatigue and weakness and gastric mucosal pathology scores decreased in the two groups,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of G-17 and PGⅡ.decreased and the levels of PGⅠ increased in the two groups,and compared with the control group,the levels of G-17 and PGⅡ in the treatment group were lower and the levels of PGⅠ were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with gastric polyps and chronic gastritis have a good effect on postoperative treatment with Jingaotai capsules,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and promote gastric mucosal repair.
