摘 要:根管预备是根管治疗的重要步骤,对根管系统的清理和成形起关键作用。根尖微裂常在根管机械预备时产生,在老龄、治疗史、不规则根管和不良应力等情况下,裂纹易发生失稳扩展,进展为根纵裂。本文旨在分析根管预备环节中导致根尖微裂纹发生的危险因素,从生物力学角度解析加速微裂纹发展的促进因素。全面认识根尖微裂的发生、发展及对预后的影响,延缓其进展为根纵裂,尽可能长久地保存天然牙。Root canal preparation is a critical step in root canal treatment,essential in cleaning and shaping the root canal system.However,apical microcracks frequently develop during mechanical root canal preparation.These cracks are susceptible to expansion and may progress to root vertical fracture particularly when influenced by factors such as advanced age,treatment history,irregular root canals,and adverse stresses.This study aims to identify the risk factors contributing to the formation of apical microcracks during the root canal preparation process and to elucidate the biomechanical factors that drive their progression.By advancing our understanding of the occurrence,progression,and prognostic significance of apical microcracks,this research seeks to inform clinical strategies that mitigate their progression to root vertical fractures and optimize the preservation of natural teeth.
