摘 要:目的:观察饮用酒对牙釉质脱矿的影响及饮用酒与变形链球菌联合对脱矿的促进作用,提高人们对饮用酒会引起牙齿脱矿的认识。方法:制备牙釉质块样本,随机分为白酒组、啤酒组、红酒组、果味酒组及相应致龋菌组,每组样本按照实验计划进行处理,实验后分别检测饮用酒pH值及滴定酸度、样本的显微硬度、牙齿表面的脱矿变化、样本的钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量百分比、样本脱矿的荧光图像。结果:①果味酒致龋菌组显微硬度值降低最为明显;②果味酒致龋菌组扫描电镜显示釉柱发生断裂,大面积釉质空隙形成。③果味酒致龋菌组能谱检测Ca、P含量百分比最低。④观察果味酒致龋菌组激光共聚焦显微镜下荧光面积和荧光强度最大。结论:饮用酒精类饮品对牙釉质的脱矿具有正向促进作用,白酒对牙釉质脱矿影响较小,果味酒对牙釉质脱矿影响大,变形链球菌正向促进了牙釉质脱矿作用。demineralization-promoting effect of alcohol combined with Streptococcus mutans,thereby enhancing the understanding of alcohol-induced tooth demineralization.METHODS:Enamel blocks samples were prepared and randomly divided into Five groups:Bajiu group,beer group,red wine group,fruit wine group and corresponding cariogenic bacteria group.Each group was treated according to the experimental plan.Following the experiment,the following parameters were analyzed:pH value and titrated acidity of the wine,the microhardness of the sample,the demineralization change of the tooth surface,the percentage of calcium and phosphorus content of the sample,and the fluorescence image of the demineralization on the enamel surface.RESULTS:The enamel samples in the fruit wine combined with cariogenic bacteria group exhibited the most significant decrease in microhardness value compared to the other groups;Scanning electron microscope of fruit flavored cariogenic wine revealed substantial structural damage in this group,characterized by broken enamel rods and the formation of enamel voids.Energy spectrum analysis showed that the percentage of Calcium(Ca)and Phosphorus(P)content was the lowest in the fruit wine combined with the cariogenic bacteria group,further confirming severe enamel demineralization.Laser confocal microscopy demonstrated the largest fluorescence area and highest intensity in group H(beer combined with cariogenic bacteria),indicating significant deposition of fluorescent dyes and a greater degree of enamel demineralization.In contrast,the Baijiu group exhibited the smallest fluorescence area and intensity,suggesting minimal demineralization.Among the other groups,the fruit wine group showed more pronounced fluorescence deposition compared to the beer and red wine groups,while Baijiu consistently had the least impact on enamel integrity.CONCLUSION:Alcohol consumption contributes to enamel demineralization,with varying effects depending on the type of alcohol.Baiju caused minimal enamel demineralization,whereas fruit w
