摘 要:目的:探讨3D打印技术指导下牙列邻面去釉在错[牙合]畸形正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月在温州市中心医院口腔科收治的下牙列邻面去釉正畸治疗患者105例为研究对象。按照患者接受正畸去釉治疗方式的不同分为基于3D打印的口腔正畸邻面精准去釉治疗组(观察组,50例),传统正畸去釉治疗组(对照组,55例)。对比两组灰度值和硬度值、牙周健康状况、牙齿功能、美观效果和口腔相关生活质量。结果:治疗后观察组灰度值、牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数、龈沟探诊深度、全牙Bolton指数低于对照组,硬度值高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组吞咽功能、咀嚼功能、牙齿咬合、发音功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组牙齿排列整齐、牙齿咬合良好、前牙覆[牙合]覆盖良好情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组口腔相关生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术在口腔正畸邻面精准去釉中的应用效果良好,可有效改善牙周健康状况,保证美观效果,提升生活质量,值得临床应用和推广。AIM:Exploring the application effect of 3D printing technology guided enamel removal in the orthodontic treatment of malocclusion.METHODS:A total of 105 patients undergoing enamel removal orthodontic treatment on the adjacent surface of the lower dentition at the Department of Stomatology at Wenzhou Central Hospital between January 2022 and January 2023 were selected as the study population.Patients were divided into two groups based on the treatment method:an observation group(n=50),receiving 3D printing-guided precise enamel removal for adjacent orthodontic surfaces,and a control group(n=55),receiving traditional enamel removal treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of gray and hardness values,periodontal health status,dental function,aesthetic outcomes,and oral health-related quality of life.RESULTS:Post-treatment,the observation group exhibited lower gray values,gingival index,plaque index,gingival sulcus probing depth,and overall Bolton index,but higher hardness values compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Additionally,scores for swallowing function,chewing function,dental occlusion,and pronunciation function were significantly higher in the observation group(all P<0.05).The observation group also demonstrated better alignment of teeth,occlusion,and anterior teeth coverage compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Furthermore,oral health-related quality of life scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The application of 3D printing technology in precise enamel removal of adjacent surfaces in orthodontics demonstrates excellent outcomes,including improved periodontal health,enhanced aesthetic results,and a better quality of life.This technique holds significant potential for clinical adoption and wider promotion.
