药学专业研究生思想政治教育现状分析及改进措施探讨

摘　　要：对药学专业的研究生思想政治教育现状进行了问卷调查,指出了目前药学专业研究生思想政治教育存在问题及其原因,在此基础上从思政课和导师两个层面探讨了改进药学专业研究生思想政治教育工作、增强育人实效的措施。研究生思想政治教育应坚持以学生为中心的教育理念,结合学生的实际需求调整思政课授课内容和方式,以提高研究生的学习兴趣;充分发挥导师的思想政治教育作用,建立相应的育人机制。The current state of ideological and political education for postgraduate students majoring in pharmacy was examined through a questionnaire survey,followed by an analysis of the existing problems and their underlying causes.On this basis,the methods for enhancing the ideological and political education for postgraduate students majoring in pharmacy and improving the effectiveness of such education were discussed from two aspects of ideological and political theory courses and the role of mentors.Ideological and political education for the postgraduate students should adhere to the student-centered educational concept,adjust the content and methods of the courses according to the students′actual needs to enhance their learning interest,while giving full play to the role of mentors in ideological and political education and establishing corresponding educational mechanisms.
