摘 要:凝视成像红外导引导弹发射冲击和飞行过程中,导引头MEMS陀螺输出会产生较大误差,造成成像系统稳定性降低,误差过大时会丢失目标。针对这一工程问题,提出一种基于自适应小波RBF神经网络的导引头陀螺误差校正方法。首先运用Allan方差分析导弹飞行全过程中,导引头伺服系统MEMS陀螺主要误差源及误差量级。然后运用小波阈值去噪法滤除高频噪声,作为训练网络输入。最后运用自适应小波RBF神经网络算法进行误差校正。实验结果表明,与传统RBF网络和Kalman滤波算法相比,所提算法均方根误差RMSE要低两个数量级,Allan方差也比传统算法减小一半,数据复杂度低,具备工程应用价值。During launch impact and flight process of staring imaging infrared guided missile,the output of MEMS gyroscopes in infrared seekers will produce significant error,which will reduce the stability of the imaging system.When the error is too large,the target may be lost.A gyroscope error correction method based on adaptive wavelet RBF neural network is proposed for the engineering problem.Firstly,Allan variance analysis is used to analyze the main error sources and magnitude of MEMS gyroscopes in the guidance head servo system during the entire missile flight process.Then,the wavelet threshold denoising method is used to filter out high-frequency noise as input for training the network.Finally,the adaptive wavelet RBF neural network algorithm is used for error correction.The experimental results show that compared with traditional RBF networks and Kalman filtering algorithms,the root mean square error(RMSE)of the proposed algorithm is two orders of magnitude lower,and the Allan variance analysis error level analysis results are also reduced by half compared to traditional algorithms.The data complexity is low,and it has engineering application value.
