摘  要:将外部支持与乡村学校内部自觉有机结合,采用内外共生、上下联动的新内生式发展,是现阶段推动中国乡村学校高质量发展的现实选择。乡村学校新内生式发展强调构建以本体认同为核心、地方赋权为动力、内外联动为机制的综合体系,旨在克服传统内生式发展过度依赖内部资源而忽视外部支持的局限性。该模式通过有效内化外部资源,不仅促进了乡村学校自身能力的提升,还显著增强了其在乡村文化振兴、教育质量提升以及教育促进美好生活等方面的积极作用。为实现这一目标,要在激发教育主体的“主体性自觉”的基础上,形成“校村一体化”发展模式,挖掘并释放乡村教育的发展潜力,构建内外联动的发展机制,以全面促进乡村学校的高质量发展,提升乡村教育的现代化水平。Combining external support with internal self-awareness in rural schools in a way that fosters an organic integration of the two,and adopting a new form of endogenous development that emphasizes the integration of internal and external forces,is a practical choice for promoting high-quality rural school development in the current stage.The new endogenous development model emphasizes the construction of a comprehensive system with self-identity as the core,local empowerment as the driving force,and internal and external linkage as the mechanism.The goal is to overcome the limitations of traditional endogenous development,which is too dependent on internal resources and ignores external support.This model effectively internalizes external resources,not only promoting the improvement of rural school's own capabilities,but also significantly enhancing its positive role in rural cultural revitalization,educational quality improvement,and education promoting a better life.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to stimulate the"subjective self-awareness"of educational stakeholders and form a"school-village integrated"development model,unearthing and releasing the development potential of rural education,and building an internal and external linkage development mechanism to promote the comprehensive high-quality development of rural schools and enhance the modernization level of rural education.
