摘 要:教师教学行为是教师素质、理念与能力的外在表现,对教学行为进行分析有助于衡量教师的专业知识、教学技能以及教学经验。研究以2023年全国“田家炳杯”全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生现代教育技术专业教学技能大赛的55个获奖作品为样本,通过教学行为频次统计及差异显著性检验,分析不同组别在教学行为出现频次上的显著差异。同时,运用滞后行为序列分析方法,探寻不同组别参赛选手“独特”的行为序列,挖掘其教育教学特点。基于数据分析结果,研究提出四条现代教育技术专业硕士人才培养建议,包括以学生为中心丰富教学行为、加强实践训练提升应变能力、准确把握支架价值促进学习、优化课程内容提升教学胜任力,以期为现代教育技术专业硕士人才培养提供参考。Teachers'teaching behaviors are the external manifestations of teachers'qualities,concepts and abilities.Analyzing teaching behavior is helpful to measure teachers'professional knowledge,teaching skills and teaching experience.This study took 55 award-winning works in the 2023 National"Tian Jiabing Cup"Full-time Master of Education Teaching Skills Competition as samples,and analyzed the significant differences in the frequency of teaching behaviors among different groups with the help of teaching behavior frequency statistics and significance test for differences.At the same time,the lag sequential analysis method was used to explore the"unique"behavioral sequences of the contestants in different groups and mine their educational and teaching characteristics.Based on the results of data analysis,this study puts forward four suggestions for talent cultivation,including enriching teaching behaviors with the student-centered concept,strengthening practical training to improve the strain capacity,accurately grasping the value of scaffolding to promote learning,and optimizing the course content to improve teaching competence,aiming to provide a reference for the cultivation of masters in modern educational technology.
