高职院校学生党员发展质量提升与培养路径优化研究

摘　　要：作为培养具有创新精神和实践经验的复合型人才的摇篮,高职院校已占据高等教育的半壁江山,提高高职院校学生党员发展质量,不仅是社会发展的客观需要,也是党员自身发展的内在要求。文章从高职院校实际出发,对学生党员发展质量与培养路径进行分析与探究,坚持立德树人,努力实现“为党育人、为国育才”的目标。As the cradle of cultivating compound talents with innovative spirit and practical experience,higher vocational colleges have occupied half of higher education.Improving the development quality of student party members in higher vocational colleges is not only the objective need of social development,but also the internal requirement of party members’own development.Based on the situation of higher vocational colleges,the article analyzes and explores the development quality and training path of student party members,sticks to moral cultivation and strives to achieve the goal of“educating people for the Party and talents for the country”.
