腹腔镜关闭盆底腹膜的腹腔镜超低位前切除术治疗低位直肠癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜关闭盆底腹膜的腹腔镜超低位前切除术治疗低位直肠癌的临床疗效。方法我院2022年6月~2023年6月收治的62例低位直肠癌患者为本次研究对象,按照是否开展腹腔镜关闭盆底腹膜的腹腔镜超低位前切除术治疗将患者分为对照组31例(传统腹腔镜的腹腔镜超低位前切除术治疗)与实验组31例(腹腔镜关闭盆底腹膜的腹腔镜超低位前切除术治疗),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者术中出血量、骶前引流量、平均住院时间均优于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗72h后肾上腺素、24h皮质醇、空腹血糖等生理应激指标均低于对照组。此外,实验组患者术后并发症发生率(6.46%)低于对照组(45.18%),数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论低位直肠癌患者采用腹腔镜关闭盆底腹膜的腹腔镜超低位前切除术治疗效果明显优于传统腹腔镜的腹腔镜超低位前切除术治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic ultra-low anterior resection for low rectal cancer.Methods 62 patients with low rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into a control group of 31 cases(treated with traditional laparoscopic ultra-low anterior resection of the pelvic floor peritoneum)and an experimental group of 31 cases(treated with laparoscopic ultra-low anterior resection of the pelvic floor peritoneum)according to whether laparoscopic closure of the pelvic floor peritoneum was performed.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss,presacral discharge and mean length of hospitalization were better than the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).The physiological 2 indicators,adrenaline,24h cortisol,and fasting blood glucose were lower than those in the control group.In addition,the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(6.46%)was lower than that in the control group(45.18%),and the data were significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of laparoscopic ultra-low anterior resection with laparoscopic closure of low rectal cancer is significantly better than that of conventional laparoscopic ultra-low anterior resection.
