高职护生学业自我效能感与职业成熟度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查泰州地区某高职院校护生学业自我效能感与职业成熟度现状,分析学业自我效能感与职业成熟度的水平及两者之间的相关性。方法选取261名泰州地区某高职院校护理专业学生,借助学业自我效能感量表、职业成熟度量表,分析泰州地区某高职院校护生的学业自我效能感与职业成熟度现状,并对二者相互间的关联性进行探讨。结果样本中护生学业自我效能感总分(68.07±6.45),条目均分为(3.09±0.29);职业成熟度总分为(116.60±14.14),条目均分为(3.43±0.42),两者均处于中等水平,且相关性分析显示两者呈正相关,相关系数(r=0.706,P<0.05)。结论护生的学业自我效能感和职业成熟度具有紧密的关联性,应积极提高护生的学业自我效能感及职业成熟度,增加护生的护理就业率。Objective To investigate the status of academic self-efficacy and career maturity of nursing students in a polytechnic college in Taizhou,and analyze the correlation between them.Methods 261 nursing students from a polytechnic college in Taizhou were selected to by using the Academic Self-efficacy Scale and the Occupational Maturity Scale.Results The total score of academic self-efficacy of nursing students in the sample was(68.07±6.45),and the average score of items was(3.09±0.29);The total score of career maturity is(116.60±14.14),and the average score of entries is(3.43±042),both were in the middle level,and the correlation analysis showed that the two were positively correlated,with the correlation coefficient(r=0.706,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation between academic self-efficacy and professional career maturity of nursing students.We should actively improve their academic self-efficacy,career maturity,and increase their nursing employment rate.
