摘  要:当代大学生思维灵活、学习能力强、综合素质高,是中华民族的未来,担负着实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命。在国家强盛和社会进步进程中,大学生有责任、有义务承担起当代青年的社会责任。在后疫情时代背景下,应通过高校与社会联动,将社会救助思想传承与大学生责任感培育有机结合,以社会救助思想涵养大学生社会责任感,并寻求将二者有效融合的新思路。本文从政府职能引领、高校思想教育、校园文化培养、社会实践育人四个层面探索传承中华民族优秀传统文化、培育大学生社会责任感的有效路径,联合搭建人文环境、思想引领、文化建设、服务技能、社会实践等多点落脚的、全方位的、多角度的、深层次的人才培养体系。Contemporary college students have flexible thinking, strong learning ability, and high comprehensive quality. They are the future of the Chinese nation, burdened with the historical mission of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the process of national prosperity and social progress, college students are responsible and obliged to undertake the social responsibility of contemporary youth. In the post epidemic era, the participation of college students in social rescue will usher in a new opportunity. Under this background, through the joint linkage between colleges and society, social assistance ideas and the cultivation of college students’ responsibility should be integrated organically, so as to foster college students’ responsibility through social assistance ideas, and seek new ideas to effectively integrate both of them. From the four levels, namely, government functions, the college ideological education, campus culture development, and social practice education, we are supposed to explore an effective way to inherit the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and cultivate college students’ sense of social responsibility, so as to jointly establish a perfect all-faceted, multi-angle and deep-leveled talent training system which focuses on humanities environment, thought-leading, cultural construction, service skills and social practice development.
