摘　　要：网络文艺空间在科技进步、市场发展、审美变革的大背景下发展起来,具有虚拟性与真实性交织、交互性与实时性结合、开放性与多元化统一等基本特质。网络文艺空间不断发展,出现了主体隐蔽增加治理难度、内容多义模糊治理界限、即时传播压缩治理空间等一系列治理难题。新时代网络文艺空间的治理路径主要体现在法律、科技、协同治理等方面。Network Literary Space develops under the background of scientific and technological progress,market development and aesthetic reform,which has the basic characteristics of intertexture of virtual and real,combination of interactivity and immediacy,and unity of openness and diversity.Along with the continuous development of the network literary space,a series of governance challenges have emerged,such as the concealment of subjects which have increased the difficulty of governance,the blurring of governance boundaries by multiple meanings of content,and the compression of governance space by instant dissemination.The governance path of network literary space in the new era is mainly embodied in improving laws and regulations,scientific and technological aspects,and collaborative governance,etc.
