摘　　要：中国共产党人的政治人格是党性的“人格化”,体现了党性修养与道德修养的有机统一、高度政治意识与大公无私品质的有效结合。中国共产党人的政治人格具有重要的时代价值,新时代党员干部须积极践行社会主义核心价值观,摒弃不良的政治亚文化,提高道德引领力,锤炼敢于担当的政治品格,切实增强党的凝聚力和感召力。The political personality of Chinese Communists is the “personification” of party spirit, which reflects the organic unity of party spirit cultivation and moral cultivation, and the effective combination of high political consciousness and selflessness. The political personality of Chinese Communists has important contemporary values. In the new era,Party members and cadres in the new era must actively practice socialist core values, abandon bad political subcultures,improve moral leadership, temper the political character of daring to take responsibility, and effectively enhance the cohesion and appeal of the party.
