胆囊炎合并高血压的手术危险因素探究

摘　　要：目的 探讨胆囊炎合并高血压的相关手术危险因素。方法 本次研究选取2021年1月至2021年12月在我院接受手术治疗的50例胆囊炎合并高血压患者,对患者接受手术之后的具体结果、其中可能影响手术结果的危险因素进行分析与讨论。结果 在进行相应的治疗之后,50例患者的病情有一定的变化,其中治愈的患者有29例,病情好转的患者有19例,情况未见好转的患者有2例。在50例患者中,总好转组48例,未好转组2例,对手术相关危险因素进行单因素Logistic回归分析,结果显示,影响手术结果的危险因素主要包含症状持续时间、结石嵌顿、胆囊壁厚度、上腹部手术史、白细胞计数(WBC)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)以及总胆红素(P <0.05)。结论 通过此次研究的结果可以得知,胆囊炎合并高血压的手术治疗效果较为显著,但手术之中存在的相关危险因素较多,手术中需严格注意相关危险因素,确保手术能够顺利进行。Objective To explore and study the related surgical risk factors of cholecystitis combined with hypertension.Methods This experiment selected 50 patients with cholecystitis complicated with hypertension who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 for relevant research.The specific results of each patient after surgery and the risk factors that may affect the surgical results were analyzed and discussed.Results After corresponding treatment,there were some changes in the condition of 50 patients,of which 29 were cured,19 were improved,and 2 were not improved.Among the 50 patients,there were 48 in the total improvement group and 2 in the non improvement group.After conducting a univariate logistic regression analysis on the risk factors related to surgery,the results showed that the main risk factors affecting surgical outcomes included symptom duration,stone entrapment,gallbladder wall thickness,history of upper abdominal surgery,white blood cell count(WBC),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and total bilirubin(P<0.05).Conclusion From the results of this study,it is evident that surgical treatment for cholecystitis combined with hypertension is more effective.However,there are many related risk factors during surgery,and strict attention should be paid to the relevant risk factors during surgery to ensure the smooth progress of the surgery.
