摘　　要：德国高等职业教育职业学科建设是伴随着高等职业教育的发展而发展的,经历了雏形阶段、发展阶段、成熟阶段。德国高等职业教育职业学科建设遵循“职业科学”作为职业教育的基准学科,“学习领域课程”为职业人才培养载体,“内外协同”的科学研究机构设置,“工作领域”为教育职业划分基础,“职业性专业”为职教教师教育的学科专业的逻辑理路。对我国本科层次职业教育职业学科建设提供了以建立“基准科学”作为职业学科建设前提、以“交叉学科”凸显职业学科建设特征、以“严密逻辑”构建职业学科框架、以“组织协同”破解职业学科建设难题、以“职业领域”培养职业学科建设队伍的经验启示。The vocational discipline construction of German higher vocational education develops along with the development of higher vocational education,experiencing the rudimentary stage,the evolutionary stage,and the mature stage.The vocational discipline construction of German higher vocational education follows the logi⁃cal path taking“vocational science”as the vocational basis of vocational education,“learning field courses”as the carrier of professional talent training,“internal and external coordination”as the setting of scientific re⁃search institutions,“work field”as the foundation of the education professional division,and“professional ma⁃jor”as the vocational education teachers education professional.Furthermore,for the undergraduate level voca⁃tional education,it provides the following experiences and enlightenments to construct vocational discipline:es⁃tablishing a“benchmark science”as the premise of vocational discipline construction,highlighting the charac⁃teristics of vocational discipline construction through“interdisciplinary”,constructing vocational discipline frameworks through“rigorous logic”,solving vocational discipline construction problems through“organization⁃al collaboration”,and cultivating vocational discipline construction teams through“vocational fields”.
