帕德玛大桥连接线基床表层填料设计与应用

摘  要:依托孟加拉国帕德玛大桥铁路连接线建设项目,基于孟加拉国重载铁路工程实际情况及工程施工成本,通过筛分、洛杉矶磨耗等试验选用当地丰富原材料设计基床表层填料方案,并通过CBR、EV2等试验验证。最终确定了适合帕德玛大桥连接线基床表层的混合填料方案为“70%碎砖(一级砖)∶15%中粗砂∶15%粉砂”,在满足施工技术要求、工程经济性原则的条件下,提升了基床的可靠性和承载能力。Based on Bangladesh's heavy-duty railway project,a local rich raw material design scheme for the surface filling of the subgrade was selected through screening,Los Angeles wear and other tests,and verified through tests such as CBR and EV2.The final mixed filling scheme suitable for the surface layer of the Padma Bridge connecting line foundation was determined to be 70%crushed brick(first level brick):15%medium coarse sand:15%fine sand,which improved the reliability and bearing capacity of the foundation while meeting construction technical requirements and engineering economic principles.
