摘  要:随着温室效应的日益加剧和能源危机的深化,可持续发展逐渐成为全人类共同面临的问题。为了缓解能源危机和减少温室效应,节能减排已成为各国的首要任务。在建筑行业,近年来低碳建筑逐渐发展起来,而对应于低碳建筑的碳减排效应评价方法目前的研究较少,使用最多的评价方法是参照建筑法和基准建筑法。因此主要对这两种方法进行介绍,并以西安某超低能耗小区住宅建筑、商业建筑和幼儿园建筑为例,使用参照建筑法和基准建筑法两种评价方法对这3类建筑进行生命周期碳减排效应的评估。通过对比最终结果,比较两种评估方法的差异,分析两种方法的适用情况,为未来低碳建筑甚至零碳建筑的节能减排效应评估提供一定的借鉴。With the worsening greenhouse effect and the intensifying energy crisis,the sustainable development has gradually become a common issue facing humanity.To alleviate the energy crisis and reduce the greenhouse effect,energy conservation and emission reduction have become the primary tasks for various countries.In the construction industry,low-carbon buildings have gradually developed in recent years,but there are few studies on the evaluation methods for carbon emission reduction effects corresponding to low-carbon buildings.The most commonly used evaluation methods are the“reference building method”and the“benchmark building method”.Therefore,this article mainly introduces these two methods and takes three types of buildings in an ultra-low energy residential building,commercial building,and nursery building in Xi’an as examples,using“reference building method”and the“benchmark building method”to evaluate the life-cycle carbon emission reduction effects of these three types of buildings.By comparing the differences of the final results between the two evaluation methods,the applicability of the two methods is analyzed,and some reference is provided for the future evaluation of energy-saving and emission-reduction effects of low-carbon buildings and even zero-carbon buildings.
