摘　　要：人参皂苷Rh2是人参的关键活性成分之一,属于四环三萜类皂苷。人参皂苷Rh2联合放化疗可提升治疗效果,有助于改善患者的免疫功能,减轻放化疗过程中可能出现的恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制等不良反应。本综述系统总结了人参皂苷Rh2在肿瘤放化疗中的应用情况。Ginsenoside Rh2 is one of the key active components of ginseng,which belongs to tetracyclic triterpenoid saponins.Multiple studies have indicated that ginsenoside Rh2 combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can enhance the therapeutic effect,improve patients'immune function,and relieve nausea and vomiting,bone marrow suppression and other adverse reactions that may occur during radiotherapy and chemotherapy.This review systematically summarizes the application of ginsenoside Rh2 in tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
