摘 要:聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)被广泛用作气体分离复合膜中间层,但强疏水性的PDMS与大多数CO_(2)选择性材料界面粘附弱,严重影响膜分离性能和使用寿命,故需要进行表面改性。以无纺布基聚砜膜为支撑层,PDMS为选择层,通过添加氨基交联剂、预交联和控制热处理等方式制备了氨基修饰的PDMS复合膜,实现了PDMS表面功能改性和亲水性改善,同时有效抑制了带侧链基团的交联剂对膜空间结构的破坏,保持了CO_(2)高渗透通量与高选择性。研究了3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(APTMS)用量对复合膜结构、性能的影响。结果表明:m(APTMS)∶m(PDMS)=0.8时复合膜综合性能最优,其CO_(2)渗透率为5437.407GPU,CO_(2)/N_(2)选择性为10.680;m(APTMS)∶m(PDMS)大于0.4时,复合膜表面水接触角小于91°,相较于未改性PDMS复合膜水接触角(117.84°),水接触角降幅超过22%。Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)is widely employed as an intermediate layer in gas separation composite membranes.However,the inherently strong hydrophobicity of PDMS results in weak adhesion at the interface with most CO_(2)-selective materials,significantly compromising membrane separation performance and lifespan.Therefore,surface modification is imperative.Using a nonwoven fabric-based polysulfone membrane as the support layer and PDMS as the selective layer,amino-modified PDMS composite membranes were prepared by adding amino-crosslinking agents,pre-crosslinking and controlled heat treatment,which realized the functional modification of the PDMS surface and the improvement of the hydrophilicity.Simultaneously,the adverse effects of crosslinking agents with side-chain functionalities on membrane spatial structure were effectively mitigated,maintaining high CO_(2)permeance and selectivity.The influence of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(APTMS)mass on the structure and the performance of the composite membrane were systematically investigated.The results showed that the composite membrane exhibited optimal comprehensive performance when the mass ratio of M APTMS to M PDMS was 0.8,with a CO_(2)permeance of 5437.407GPU and a CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity of 10.680.When m(APTMS)∶m(PDMS)>0.4,the water contact angle on membrane surface was less than 91°,representing a reduction of over 22%compared to that of the unmodified PDMS composite membrane(117.84°).
