摘　　要：目的探讨Park法重睑成形联合同期V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮疗效观察。方法选取2023年1月至2024年7月河南省人民医院收治的单睑伴内眦赘皮患者68例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例,对照组给予Park法重睑成形术治疗,观察组另给予同期V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗,对比两组美学总有效率、手术相关指标、眼裂变化、瘢痕严重程度及并发症发生率。结果治疗3个月后,观察组患者美学总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、拆线时间、术后恢复时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者眼裂长度均增加,且观察组更高(P<0.05)。两组倾斜度、眼裂角均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。两组血管分布、色泽、厚度、柔软度评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Park法重睑成形联合同期V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮患者疗效确切,能够缩短手术相关指标,改善眼裂变化,减轻瘢痕严重程度。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Park double eyelid plasty combined with simultaneous V-Y inner canthus epicanthoplasty in the treatment of single eyelid with inner canthus epicanthoplasty.Methods Sixty eight patients with single eyelid and epicanthal folds admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the treatment method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received Park's double eyelid reconstruction surgery,while the observation group received V-Y epicanthal fold correction surgery during fithe same period.The aesthetic total effective rate,surgical related indicators,changes in eye fissures,severity of scars,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total aesthetic effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,suture removal time,and postoperative recovery time between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).fiBoth groups of patients had an increase in the length of their eye fissures,with the observation group having a higher length(P<0.05).Both groups showed a decrease in inclination and eye angle,with the observation group having a lower inclination(P<0.05).The distribution,color,thickness,and softness scores of both groups of blood vessels decreased,and the observation group had even lower scores(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusions Park double eyelid plasty combined with simultaneous V-Y inner canthus epicanthus correction is effective in the treatment of single eyelid and inner canthus epicanthus,shortening surgery-related indexes,improving the change of eye cleft and reducing the severity of scar.
