可摘式钛合金牙周夹板、局部义齿修复牙列缺失的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较可摘式钛合金牙周夹板、可摘式局部义齿修复牙列缺失的效果。方法回顾性分析2021年7月至2024年2月联勤保障部队第九九〇医院收治的116例牙列缺失患者资料,接受可摘式钛合金牙周夹板修复59例患者纳入观察组,行可摘式局部义齿修复的57例患者纳入对照组,比较两组患者治疗效果、咀嚼功能、牙周状况。结果治疗3个月,观察组患者治疗效果94.92%,高于对照组78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月,观察组患者菌斑指数、牙周袋探诊深度、龈沟出血指数和牙齿松动度低于对照组,且改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月,观察组患者咬合力与咀嚼效率高于对照组,且改善幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可摘式钛合金牙周夹板修复在牙列缺失中效果明显,能改善牙周、咀嚼功能。Objective To compare the effects of removable titanium alloy periodontal splints and removable partial dentures in the treatment of patients with dentition loss.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the data of 116 patients with dentition loss treated in the ninth 90th Hospital of the joint service support force from July 2021 to February 2024.59 patients who received removable titanium alloy periodontal splint repair were included in the observation group,and 57 patients who underwent removable partial denture repair were included in the control group.The treatment effect,mastication function and periodontal status of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the treatment effect of the observation group was 94.92%,which was higher than 78.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the plaque index,probing depth of periodontal pocket,gingival sulcus bleeding index and tooth mobility of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the improvement was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the bite force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the improvement was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The removable titanium alloy periodontal splint repair has obvious effects in the treatment of dentition loss,and can improve periodontal and chewing functions.
