可摘局部义齿对牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形口腔正畸中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究可摘局部义齿对牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形口腔正畸中的应用。方法选取2020年7月至2023年5月周口市中医院收治的牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者80例作为研究对象,根据义齿的不同分为研究组和对照组,各40例。研究组40例患者采用垫式可摘局部义齿进行口腔正畸;对照组40例患者采用传统可摘局部义齿进行口腔正畸。治疗后保持随访12个月。对比两组修复效果、牙周指标、咀嚼功能。结果修复后研究组修复效果总优良率(90.00%)高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05);研究组GI、SBI、PD均低于对照组(P<0.05);修复后研究组咀嚼效能、咬合力高于对照组,咬合平衡级别低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可摘局部义齿能有效改善牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形患者的牙周状况,改善患者的咀嚼功能,对牙列缺损合并牙颌畸形口腔正畸具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the application of removable partial denture in orthodontics for tooth row defects combined with malocclusion.Methods Eighty cases of patients with dental defects combined with malocclusion admitted to our hospital in Zhoukou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a study group and a control group of 40 cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table according to the difference of denture.The 40 patients in the observation group were treated with pad-type removable partial denture for orthodontics;the 40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional removable partial denture for orthodontics.Follow-up was maintained for 12 months after treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of restorative effects,periodontal indicators,masticatory function,oral health-related quality of life,subjective feelings and outcomes.Results The overall excellent and good rate of the repair effect in the study group after repair(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05);The GI,SBI,and PD of the study group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After repair,the chewing efficiency and bite force of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the bite balance level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Removable partial denture can effectively improve the periodontal condition of patients with dental defects combined with malocclusion,enhance the restorative effect and patients'quality of life related to oral health,and has a high application value for orthodontic treatment of dental defects combined with malocclusion.
