摘 要:为明确S-烯虫酯对重要储粮害虫赤拟谷盗、杂拟谷盗、锈赤扁谷盗、锯谷盗、烟草甲和烟草螟的控制作用,本研究采用滤纸药膜法测定了不同剂量的S-烯虫酯短期处理对6种重要储粮害虫卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫生存的影响。结果表明,不同剂量的S-烯虫酯短期处理对6种储粮害虫卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫的控制作用不同。对于害虫的卵,锯谷盗和锈赤扁谷盗卵的孵化受S-烯虫酯影响最大,在32×10^(-5) mg/cm^(2)的S-烯虫酯处理7 d后,其孵化率均低于60%。对于害虫的蛹,烟草甲蛹的羽化受S-烯虫酯影响最大,使用8×10^(-5) mg/cm^(2)以上浓度S-烯虫酯处理后,可完全抑制烟草甲蛹的正常羽化。S-烯虫酯对害虫的幼虫和成虫控制作用稍差,不同剂量的S-烯虫酯对6种储粮害虫幼虫的致死率最高不超过50%,不同剂量的S-烯虫酯对赤拟谷盗、杂拟谷盗、锈赤扁谷盗、锯谷盗和烟草甲成虫的致死率与对照相比无显著影响。总之,S-烯虫酯短期处理后对烟草甲的蛹控制作用较好。因此,S-烯虫酯短期处理对防治储粮害虫具有较大的潜力。In order to clarify the control effect of S-methoprene on the important stored grain pests,such as Tribolium castaneum,Tribolium confusum,Cryptolestes ferrugineus,Oryzaephilus surinamensis,Lasioderma serricorne,and Ephestia elutella,insecticide-impregnated filter method was used to determine the effects of different doses of S-methoprene on the survival of eggs,larvae,pupae,and adults of six important stored grain pests.The results indicated that different doses of S-methoprene had different control effect on the eggs,larvae,pupae,and adults of 6 kinds of stored grain pests.For the eggs,the hatching of the eggs of C.ferrugineus and O.surinamensis was most affected by S-methoprene.After 7 days of treatment with 32×10^(-5) mg/cm^(2) of S-methoprene,the hatching rate was less than 60%.For the pupae,the emergence of L.serricorne pupae was most affected by S-methoprene.After treatment with S-methoprene at a dose of more than 8×10^(-5) mg/cm^(2),the normal emergence of L.serricorne pupae could be completely inhibited.The control effect of S-methoprene on the larvae and adults was slightly weaker.The lethal rate of different doses of S-methoprene on the larvae of 6 kinds of stored grain pests was not more than 50%.Compared with the control,the lethal rate of different doses of S-methoprene on the adults of T.castaneum,T.confusum,C.ferrugineus,O.surinamensis and L.serricorne had had no significant effects.In conclusion,short-term treatment with S-methoprene demonstrated effective controlled over the pupation of tobacco beetles.Therefore,short-term treatment with S-methoprene held significant potential for controlling stored grain pests.
