摘 要:探究“药食同源”沙棘籽油的营养保健功效及抗氧化活性,为沙棘籽油的开发利用提供参考。采用超临界CO_(2)技术萃取沙棘籽油,测定基础理化指标和天然生物活性成分,利用高效气相色谱法分析沙棘籽油的脂肪酸组成和水平,通过自由基清除实验等评价其体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,超临界萃取技术萃取沙棘籽油平均得率为10.83%,所得沙棘籽油各项理化指标符合行业标准;经高效气相色谱仪共检测出18种脂肪酸,其中,总不饱和脂肪酸质量分数达88.12%,以油酸(23.11%)、亚油酸(35.60%)和亚麻酸(28.91%)为主;总黄酮含量为27.15 mg RE/100 g,总酚含量为41.60 mg GAE/100 g;清除DPPH、ABTS和羟基自由基的IC 50值分别为3.82、16.17、0.50 mg/mL,表现出较强的抗氧化能力。超临界CO_(2)技术萃取的沙棘籽油不饱和脂肪酸和天然生物活性成分含量丰富,有较强体外抗氧化活性,具有潜在利用价值。The nutritional and health effects and antioxidant activity of medicinal and edible sea buckthorn seed oil were explored to provide reference for the development and utilization of sea buckthorn seed oil.The sea buckthorn seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO_(2)technology,and the basic physical and chemical indexes and natural bioactive components were determined.The fatty acid composition and level of sea buckthorn seed oil were analyzed by high performance gas chromatography,and its antioxidant activity in vitro was evaluated by free radical scavenging experiment.The results indicated that the average yield of sea buckthorn seed oil extracted by supercritical extraction technology was 10.83%,and the physical and chemical indexes of sea buckthorn seed oil were in line with the industry standard.A total of 18 fatty acids were detected by high performance gas chromatography.Among which,the total unsaturated fatty acid content was 88.12%,mainly oleic acid(23.11%),linoleic acid(35.60%)and linolenic acid(28.91%).The content of total flavonoids was 27.15 mg RE/100 g,and the content of total phenols was 41.60 mgGAE/100 g.The IC 50 values of scavenging DPPH,ABTS and hydroxyl radicals were 3.82,16.17 and 0.50 mg/mL,respectively,showing strong antioxidant capacity.In summary,the sea buckthorn seed oil extracted by supercritical CO_(2)technology was rich in unsaturated fatty acids and natural bioactive components,and had strong in vitro antioxidant activity and potential use value.
