高校发展新质生产力路径的思考

摘　　要：新质生产力水平是国家竞争力的重要体现,高校是国家发展新质生产力的战略支撑。高校作为科技第一生产力、人才第一资源、创新第一动力的重要结合点,是助力新质生产力加快形成的重要力量。从高校发展新质生产力的重大意义、存在的困难和发展路径展开论述,指出了高校在人才培养模式需要改进、拔尖创新人才短缺,基础研究相对薄弱、科研创新有待提升,产学研合作的深度不足,资源分配与评价体系需要进一步完善等四方面存在的问题,提出了高校完善人才培养模式,加强基层科研、提升科研创新能力,推动产学研深度合作和进一步优化资源分配与评价体系等四方面的具体对策。The levels of new quality productive forces are important manifestations of national competitiveness,and universities are the strategic support for the development of new quality productivity in the country.As an important combination of the first productive force of science and technology,the first resource of talents and the first driving force of innovation,colleges and universities are an important force to accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces.This article discusses the significant significance,difficulties,and development path of developing new quality productive forces in universities.Some difficulties are pointed out in universities,including the need to improve talent cultivation models,a shortage of top-notch innovative talents,relatively weak basic research,the need to enhance scientific research innovation,insufficient depth of industry-academiaresearch cooperation,and the need to further improve resource allocation and evaluation systems.Specific measures have been proposed for universities to improve talent cultivation models,cultivate top-notch innovative talents,strengthen basic scientific research,enhance scientific research and innovation capabilities,promote deep cooperation between industry,academia,and research,and further optimize resource allocation and evaluation systems.
