摘 要:随着信息技术的发展,网络教学、MOOCs等辅助教学手段迅速改变着传统教学模式,对教师角色和教学经验的传承提出了新的挑战。针对计算机、网络等辅助教学环境中教师教学经验的建模及获取方法进行了研究,分析了教师教学经验的概念和内涵,运用网络模型进行了建模,论述了系统的构成及工作机理,提出包含教师备课、学生应用、课堂教学、报表生成及分析、智能数据分析等核心模块的教学经验获取系统,可以对教师教学经验进行获取、储存、挖掘和应用,提升网络和计算机辅助教学的智能程度。With the development of information technology,web-based teaching,MOOCs and other auxiliary teaching methods are rapidly changing the traditional teaching mode,which poses new challenges to the inheritance of teachers’roles and teaching experience.In this paper,the modeling and acquisition methods of teachers’teaching experience in computer and network assisted teaching environment are studied.This paper analyzes the concept and connotation of teachers’teaching experience,uses network model to build a model,discusses the composition and working mechanism of the system,and puts forward a teaching experience acquisition system which includes the core modules of teachers’lesson preparation,students’application,classroom teaching,report generation and analysis,intelligent data analysis and so on.The method and system can acquire,store,excavate and apply teachers’teaching experience,and improve the intelligence degree of network and computer aided teaching.
