摘  要:在新工科的背景下,工业工程专业人才的培养需要关注多个方面。跨学科整合包括项目实践和跨学科融合课程设计,可以提高学生的综合能力。在实践教育方面,重申产业合作与实习、项目驱动学习以及实验平台的重要性。通过介绍工程工业专业人才培养的意义,并提出数字化教学、环境意识和人文素养等方面的措施,以更新教学内容、培养环境责任感和跨文化交流能力,推动学生更好地适应未来工业环境。这些措施将有助于培养具备广泛视野、实践能力和创新意识的工业工程专业人才,为工业的可持续发展和社会进步做出积极贡献。In the context of new engineering,the cultivation of industrial engineering professionals requires attention in many aspects.The article emphasizes interdisciplinary integration,including project practice and interdisciplinary integration course design,to improve students’comprehensive abilities.In terms of practical education,the importance of industrial collaborations and internships,project-driven learning and experimental platforms is reiterated.The article introduces the significance of cultivating talents in the engineering industry,and proposes measures in digital teaching,environmental awareness,and humanistic literacy to update teaching content,cultivate environmental responsibility and cross-cultural communication skills,and promote students to better adapt to the future industrial environment.These measures will help cultivate industrial engineering professionals with broad vision,practical ability and innovative awareness,and make positive contributions to the sustainable development of industry and social progress.
