摘 要:针对学生动手能力和思辨能力不足,教师能否有效激发学生兴趣等痛点问题,“食品分析”课程以学生视角解构与重构课程知识体系,建构以微课视频为核心的课程资源,挖掘契合学生的共情点以调动学生的学习积极性。在此基础上,以“倾听、同理、感动与榜样”为路径,正确引导学生树立明确的学习目标和有效的学习方法,形成以教师为主导、以学生为中心、以实践应用为主线的立体混合式教学体系,课程思政无声胜有声,课程特色明显,教学效果显著。课程获首批国家级一流课程,课程资源上线粤港澳大湾区在线开放课程联盟平台仅仅两年访问量超过346万,为新工科及信息时代背景下的课程教学改革思路提供参考。To address the issues of students’lack of hands-on and critical thinking abilities,as well as the challenge of effectively stimulating student interest,the Food Analysis Course deconstructs and reconstructs the curriculum knowledge system from the student perspective.It builds course resources centered around micro-lecture videos and explores empathy points that resonate with students to enhance their learning enthusiasm.On this basis,with the educational goals of“listening,empathy,inspiration,and role models”,the course aims to guide students in setting clear learning objectives and effective study methods.This creates a three-dimensional blended teaching system with teacher guidance,student-centeredness,and practice application as the main focus.The course’s hidden yet powerful moral education(“curriculum ideology and politics”)significantly impacts students,with distinctive course features and notable teaching effectiveness.The course has been recognized as a national first-class course,and its resources,uploaded to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area University Online Open Course Alliance platform,have amassed over 3.46 million visits in just two years.This provides a reference for curriculum teaching reform in the context of new engineering disciplines and the information age.
