摘  要:“仓储管理理论与实务”课程是现代物流管理专业的核心课程,旨在培养仓储管理人才。随着经济的发展,仓储企业对岗位能力的要求发生了较大变化,这对仓储管理人才的知识、技能和素质要求不断提高。该课程传统的教学模式显然不能适应这种变化,从而导致培养的仓储管理人才无法有效满足合作企业的岗位需求,从而阻碍了学生自身综合能力的提升。因此,对该课程教学的改革创新迫在眉睫。基于“岗课赛证”融通的教学思路,从更新教学内容、强化课程思政、创新教学方法、优化教学环境、完善教学评价等方面进行教学创新实践,希望改善该课程的教学模式并提升人才培养的效果。“Theory and Practice of Warehouse Management”is a core course in the modern logistics management specialty,aimed at cultivating talent in warehouse management.With economic development,the demand for job capabilities in warehouse enterprises has changed significantly,leading to increased requirements for the knowledge,skills,and qualities of warehouse management professionals.The traditional teaching model for this course is evidently inadequate,and the talents can’t effectively meet the job requirements of cooperating enterprises and hindering the enhancement of students’comprehensive abilities.Therefore,reform and innovation in the teaching of this course are urgent.This paper will explore teaching innovation practices based on the integrative teaching philosophy of“post,course,competition,and certification”focusing on updating teaching content,strengthening curriculum ideology and politics,innovating teaching methods,optimizing the teaching environment,and improving teaching evaluation,with the aim of enhancing the teaching model of the course and improving the effectiveness of talent cultivation.
