摘 要:儿科学专业对培养儿科医生起着重要作用。“小儿外科学”是儿科学专业的必修课程,也是儿科医生需要掌握的重要内容。临床见习是医学生成长为临床医生的重要教学环节,但由于涉及亚专科众多,教学内容差异较大,带教教师年资及教学经验各不相同,导致教学效果参差不齐。同质化教学是医学教育领域重要的教学管理方法,对培养优质医学人才意义重大。研究探讨了“小儿外科学”临床见习实施同质化教学的应用策略,并参照了督导评价、学生评价及学生成绩,为构建标准化、规范化医学人才培养体系提供了参考。The establishment of a pediatric specialty plays a crucial role in cultivating future pediatricians,with pediatric surgery being a compulsory course within this specialty and an essential component for pediatricians to master.Clinical internship serves as an essential educational segment in the growth of medical students into clinical practitioners.However,due to the diverse subspecialties involved,the teaching content differs greatly,and the teaching effectiveness varies greatly among preceptors in terms of their seniority and teaching experience.Standardization of teaching,a significant management approach in medical education,holds paramount importance in nurturing high-quality medical professionals.This study investigates the application strategies of implementing standardized teaching in clinical internship of pediatric surgery and compares the supervision evaluation,student evalutuon and student achievement,providing guidance for establishing a standardized and normative teaching system to cultivate pediatric talents.
