建构主义理论下“工程造价”课程的教学改革研究

摘　　要：“工程造价”是城市地下空间工程专业的一门专业必修课程,课程通过对工程建设定额体系、工程造价确定方法、施工图预算编制和工程量清单计价等内容的讲授,使学生掌握“工程造价”的基本理论、基本知识,具备编制工程预算与概算的能力,为城市地下空间工程专业学生今后从事工程造价确定与控制的应用实践工作提供基础。充分基于建构主义理论,对课程教学进行改革研究,丰富了教学方法与手段,将地下工程各个专业课程的主要知识和技能融合起来,实现理论与实践相结合,提高了学生学习兴趣,努力提高学生就业竞争力,使学生真正成为适应社会发展的实用性人才。Engineering cost is a compulsory course for urban underground space engineering majors.Through lectures on the engineering construction quota system,engineering cost determination methods,construction drawing budget preparation,and engineering quantity list pricing,students can master the basic theory and knowledge of engineering cost,and have the ability to prepare engineering budgets and estimates,which provides a foundation for students majoring in urban underground space engineering to engage in practical work on engineering cost determination and control in the future.This article is fully based on constructivist theory and conducts reform research on curriculum teaching,enriching teaching methods and means,integrating the main knowledge and skills of various professional courses in underground engineering,achieving the combination of theory and practice,enhancing students’learning interest,striving to improve their competitiveness in employment,and making students truly practical talents who can adapt to social development.
