摘  要:骨盆髋臼解剖复杂,教学困难。主要探讨雨课堂(Rain Classroom)及微课联合PBL(problem-based learning)的PST混合教学模式在外科学骨盆髋臼骨折教学中的效果。研究选取115名临床医学本科生,随机分为试验组(n=58)和对照组(n=57)。试验组采用基于雨课堂及微课联合PBL的PST混合教学模式,对照组采用常规教学设计,评价两种教学模式的教学效果。结果采用Mini-CEX及DOPS对学生进行评估,发现试验组评分高于对照组,试验组的理论考核、能操作成绩均高于对照组;试验组问卷调查显示,大多数学生对PST教学模式予以肯定。这说明在骨科临床教学中应用PST混合教学模式,能提高学生的临床思维及操作能力,学生满意度高,有利于培养学生的临床综合能力。Pelvic and Acetabular Fractures is complex and the teaching of it is difficult.To explore the application of the PST blended teaching model that combines the Rain Classroom,micro-courses,and PBL in orthopedic clinical teaching,regarding the teaching chapter of pelvic and acetabular fractures,115 students of the 2022 clinical medicine undergraduate class were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=58)and the control group(n=57).The experimental group adopted the PST blended teaching model based on the combination of the Rain Classroom,micro-courses,and PBL,while the control group adopted the conventional teaching design.The teaching effects of the two teaching models were evaluated.Mini-CEX and DOPS were used to evaluate the students,and the results showed that the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the theoretical examination and skill operation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The results of the questionnaire survey of the experimental group showed that most of the students affirmed the PST teaching model.It can enhance students’clinical thinking and operational capabilities,and improve teaching effect.The students’satisfaction is high,which is conducive to cultivating students’comprehensive clinical abilities.
