摘　　要：目的:分析医院检验试剂实施精细化管理的可行性,优化管理流程,以期实现管理的科学化与规范化。方法:设计了一套涵盖试剂类耗材申领、试剂出入库管理、试剂领用流程、小组审核机制及试剂消耗实时监测等在内的全方位精细化管理方案。结果:通过信息系统辅助管理,显著提升了检验试剂的精细化管理水平和管理效率。结论:实施精细化管理能够大幅提升试剂的使用效率,并有效降低试剂成本。Objective To analyze the feasibility of implementing fine management of hospital laboratory reagents,optimize the management process,in order to achieve scientific and standardized management.Methods A comprehensive and fine management scheme was designed,including the application of reagent consumables,the management of reagents in and out of storage,the process of reagent application,group review mechanism,and real-time monitoring of reagent consumption.Results The fine management level and efficiency of reagents for testing were significantly enhanced through the assisted management by the information system.Conclusion The implementation of fine management can greatly improve the utilization efficiency of reagents and effectively reduce reagent costs.
