论《四圣心源》与丹道

摘　　要：黄元御《四圣心源》的核心为“土枢四象,一气周流”,其与内丹学有许多相通之处。内丹学是一门性命双修的人体生命科学。黄元御援引内丹学中“戊己土”作为其理论基础,把丹道理论应用到医学上,以医载道,以道明医。下面笔者主要通过经典丹书《性命圭旨》与《四圣心源》,从祖气、戊己土、精气神、一气周流、四象、坎离等理论入手,一一比对阐述,以期能为内丹学解释一部分原理及其科学性,并从中为中医学发现新的治疗思路与方法。The core of HUANG Yuanyu’s Four Sages’Heart Source is‘four images of the earth pivot and flow around in one breath’,which has many similarities with inner alchemy.Inner alchemy is a human life science with dual cultivation of life.HUANG Yuanyu cited‘Wu Ji Tu’in inner alchemy as his theoretical basis,and applied the theory of Dan dao to medicine,with medicine as the carrier and medicine as the guide.In the following,the author mainly compares and expounds the theories of ancestral qi,Wu Ji Tu,spirit,qi circulation,four images,Kan Li,and so on,through the classic Dan book Life Gui Zhi and Four Sages’s Heart Source,in order to explain some principles and scientificity for inner alchemy and find new treatment ideas and methods for traditional Chinese medicine.
