基于阴阳平衡理论探讨针灸对抑郁症线粒体动力学的影响

摘　　要：阴阳是自然界的法则和规律,世界万物运动变化的纲领和根本,阴阳平衡理论是中医学理论体系的哲学思维呈现,人体正常生理功能的维持得益于阴阳之间动态平衡,阴阳失衡时疾病也随之发生。线粒体是一种高度动态的细胞器,其不断融合、分裂来维持细胞正常生理功能,融合与分裂分别对应阴和阳两方面。线粒体动力学异常与抑郁症发病密切相关。文章通过梳理相关文献,阐述了阴阳平衡与线粒体动力学的相关性,并探讨了针灸通过维持线粒体动力学平衡防治抑郁症的机制,为临床抑郁症的治疗拓宽了思路。Yin and yang are the laws and regulations of nature and the program and foundation of the movement and change of everything in the world.The theory of yin-yang balance is the philosophical thinking presentation of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.The maintenance of normal physiological functions of human body benefits from the dynamic balance between yin and yang.Mitochondria are highly dynamic organelles,which constantly fuse and divide to maintain the normal physiological function of cells.Fusion and division correspond to yin and yang respectively.Mitochondrial dynamics abnormalities are closely related to depression.In this paper,the correlation between yin-yang balance and mitochondrial dynamics was reviewed,and the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion preventing and treating depression by maintaining mitochondrial dynamics balance was discussed,which widened the idea for the treatment of clinical depression.
