摘　　要：癌毒病机理论是程海波教授团队传承国医大师周仲瑛教授“癌毒”学说基础上创建的,进一步丰富发展了“癌毒”学说的中医学术内涵。以此为理论依据,结合临床实践,文章提出膀胱癌的主要病理因素为“湿、瘀、热、毒”,涉及“肾、脾、肺、肝”四脏,核心病机为“湿瘀热毒互结、肾气亏虚”,并提出膀胱癌的主要治疗原则为“祛邪解毒、扶正固本”,治疗以“抗癌解毒”为核心、“利湿通腑”为关键、“清热解毒、祛瘀散结”为要点、“益肾培本”为根本,以期更好指导临床实践,为中医膀胱癌临床诊疗提供新思路与方法。The pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin was created by professor CHENG Haibo’s team on the basis of inheriting the‘cancer toxin’theory of professor ZHOU Zhongying,a TCM master,and further enriched and developed the academic connotation of Chinese medical science of‘cancer toxin’theory.Based on this theoretical basis and combined with clinical practice,this paper proposes that the main pathological factors of bladder cancer are‘dampness,stasis,heat and toxin’,involving the four zang-organs of‘kidney,spleen,lung and liver’,the core pathogenesis is‘dampness-stasis-heat-toxin interlocking and deficiency of qi of kidney’,and the main treatment principles of bladder cancer are‘eliminating pathogenic factors and detoxification,strengthening and restoring the body’.The treatment takes‘anti-cancer and detoxification’as the core,‘promoting diuresis and purging bladder’as the key,‘heat-clearing and detoxifying,removing blood stasis and dissipating stagnation’as the key point,and‘tonifying kidney and cultivating the body’as the fundamental,in order to better guide clinical practice and provide new ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.
