摘 要:铁路路基状态检测评估是铁路路基病害整治加固或线路升级改造的重要环节。检测评估的内容、方法以及评价标准是开展铁路路基检测评估工作的前提。本文在分析现有检测评估方法基础上,提出一种以车载地质雷达技术为主导,结合现场调查,并辅以必要的原位试验或土性试验的铁路路基检测评估方法。在分析铁路路基病害成因及其形态的基础上,总结了路基下沉、翻浆冒泥和排水不畅三种病害的雷达波响应特征。推导出道床、基床体积含水率以及孔隙率的计算方法,并给出了相应的评价阈值。采用上述研究成果,对赤大白铁路全线路基进行检测评估,取得较好的应用效果。车载地质雷达检测效率高,不仅可以探测路基中隐伏病害,还能评价道床、基床中含水状态和道床的脏污程度。现场调查能够获得路基表观状态,确定路基病害的类型和规模,分析病害的成因,还能验证车载地质雷达检测的结果。原位试验和土性试验可深入分析路基病害成因。以车载地质雷达为主导,结合现场调查,辅以必要的原位试验或土性试验,不仅可以提供令人满意的检测评估效果,还能提高检测评估效率,该方法是一种具有发展前景的检测评估方法。It is an important link to inspect and evaluate the status of railway subgrade before the rectification and reinforcement of railway roadbed diseases or the upgrading of lines.The content,methods and evaluation of the inspection and evaluation are the prerequisites for the inspection and evaluation of railway subgrade.On the basis of analyzing the existing detection and evaluation methods,this paper proposes a railway subgrade detection and evaluation method based on Vehicle-mounted Ground Penetrating Radar(vehicle-mounted GPR)technology,supplemented by on-site investigation,supplementing the necessary in-situ tests or soil tests.On the basis of analyzing the causes and morphology of railway subgrade diseases,the response characteristics of radar wave to three diseases has been summarized,such as subgrade sinking,mud pumping and drainage,the calculation method of the volume water content and porosity of the ballast are derived,and the evaluation threshold is given.These research results are used to detect and evaluate the whole subgrade of the Chifeng-Daban-Baiyinhua Railway,and a good application effect is achieved.With the high detection efficiency,the hidden disease can be detected in the subgrade,the water content and the contamination of ballast can be evaluated by using the vehicle-mounted GPR.On-site investigation can obtain the apparent state of the roadbed,grasp the type and scale of roadbed diseases and analyze the causes of the disease,and also verify the results of GPR.In-situ tests and soil tests can deeply analyze the road.Based on-board geological radar,supplemented by on-site investigation,supplementing the necessary in-situ test or soil test,it not only can get the satisfy detection and evaluation effect,but also can improve the detection and evaluation efficiency.It is a promising detection and evaluation method.
