摘 要:我国基础建设的规模与速度与日俱增,泵送混凝土传统的原材料产地有限且资源日益枯竭。相对丘陵和平原区域,因交通闭塞、地形崎岖、地质复杂,山地区域原材料资源匮乏问题更为明显。为提升山地原材料资源利用率,基于绿色施工的理念,分析山地区域的施工环境,结合实际工程项目,在施工点周边区域就地取材,提出了泵送混凝土配合比优化方法,改进了混凝土施工方案。结果表明:采用所提优化配合比,在新拌混凝土满足施工要求、硬化混凝土满足设计强度的同时,降低了成本,保护了环境,最终提高了绿色施工综合效益。The scale and speed of infrastructure construction in China have been increasing day by day.However,the traditional raw material sources for pumping concrete are limited and resources are gradually depleting.In mountainous areas,compared to hilly and plain regions,the problem of scarce raw material resources is more significant due to blocked transportation,rugged terrain,and complex geology.To improve the utilization rate of the raw material resources in mountainous areas,the construction environment in mountainous regions and actual engineering projects were considered,based on the concept of green construction,to propose a method of optimizing the mix ratio of pumped concrete and improve the concrete construction plan.The results indicated that by adopting the optimized mix ratio proposed,the new concrete meets the construction requirements,the hardened concrete meets the design strength.Besides,the costs of the concrete are reduced.The environment is protected,and overall green construction benefits are ultimately enhanced.
