深厚淤泥层地铁深基坑变形特征与施工控制分析

摘  要:为解决宁波地区深厚软弱淤泥层地铁深基坑开挖过程中的大变形问题,以宁波市轨道交通6号线一期工程经三路站为研究对象,运用现场实测的方法分析地铁深基坑开挖过程中的变形演变规律,并提出相应的变形施工控制措施。研究结果表明,地下连续墙的水平位移曲线变化规律大致呈非线性增加,达到峰值后非线性降低,并趋于收敛;随着时间的增加,地铁深基坑开挖深度不断增加,地下连续墙的水平位移也不断增加,水平位移峰值不断下移;基坑南北两侧的地表沉降大致呈对称分布,地表沉降最大值均为监测点距离基坑中点25m位置,随后地表沉降随着距离的增加迅速减小;随着时间的增加,在相同监测点的地表逐步增加;针对地铁深基坑的大变形演变规律,提出采取三轴搅拌桩和高压旋喷桩的加固措施、分区分部开挖措施,实际应用效果良好,基坑自身结构和周边土层的变形小,有效保障了基坑的安全高效开挖。In order to solve the problem of large deformation during the excavation process of subway deep foundation pits in the deep and weak silt layer of Ningbo area,the first phase project of Ningbo Metro Line 6,Jingsan Road Station,was taken as the research object.The deformation evolution law during the excavation process of subway deep foundation pits was analyzed using on-site measurement methods,and corresponding deformation construction control measures were proposed.The research results indicate that the horizontal displacement curve of the underground continuous wall generally shows a non-linear increase,and after reaching a peak,it decreases nonlinearly and tends to converge;With the increase of time,the excavation depth of the subway deep foundation pit continues to increase,and the horizontal displacement of the underground continuous wall also continues to increase,with the peak horizontal displacement continuously decreasing;The surface settlement on both sides of the foundation pit is roughly symmetrically distributed,with the maximum surface settlement occurring at a distance of 25m from the midpoint of the pit at the monitoring point.Subsequently,the surface settlement rapidly decreases with increasing distance;With the increase of time,the surface area at the same monitoring point gradually increases;In response to the large deformation evolution law of subway deep foundation pits,reinforcement measures such as three-axis mixing piles and high-pressure rotary jet piles,as well as zoning and division excavation measures,have been proposed.The practical application effect is good,and the deformation of the foundation pit's own structure and surrounding soil layers is small,effectively ensuring the safe and efficient excavation of the foundation pit.
