二形四链藻生长的氮、磷营养动力学特征

摘　　要：比较研究了在氮、磷不同初始质量浓度下二形四链藻(Tetradesmus dimorphus)的生长响应,通过Monod方程计算得出二形四链藻对氮、磷的营养动力学参数(μ_(max),Ks).结果表明,当氮质量浓度大于4.0 mg·L^(-1),磷质量浓度大于0.200 mg·L^(-1)时,能满足二形四链藻的正常生长;二形四链藻最适生长的氮、磷质量浓度范围分别为16.0~32.0 mg·L^(-1),1.000~4.000 mg·L^(-1);最大现存量呈线性快速增加的氮、磷质量浓度分别在0.0~32.0,0.000~1.000 mg·L^(-1)之间;比生长率连续增长的氮、磷质量浓度分别在0.0~1.0,0.002~0.500 mg·L^(-1)之间;对氮、磷的最大生长速率和半饱和常数分别为0.674 d^(-1)、0.093 mg·L^(-1),0.494 d^(-1)、0.001 mg·L^(-1).可见,二形四链藻对磷有更好的亲合性.A comparative study was conducted on the growth response of Tetradesmus dimorphus with different nitrogen and phosphorus mass concentrations.The maximum special growth rate(µ_(max))and semi-saturation constant(Ks)of Tetradesmus dimorphus to nitrogen and phosphorus were calculated by using the Monod equation.The results show that Tetradesmus dimorphus grows normally when the nitrogen and phosphorus mass concentrations are greater than 4.0,0.200 mg·L^(-1),respectively.The optimum concentration ranges of nitrogen and phosphorus for the growth of Tetradesmus dimorphus are 16.0~32.0,1.000~4.000 mg·L^(-1),respectively.The extant quantity of Tetradesmus dimorphus increases linearly when the concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus are 0.0~32.0,-10.000~1.000 mg·L^(-1) respectively.The special growth rate increases continuously when the concentration ranges of-1 nitrogen and phosphorus are 0.0~1.0,0.002~0.500 mg·L^(-1) respectively.Calculatedµmax and Ks of Tetradesmus dimorphus to nitrogen and phosphorus are 0.674 d^(-1),0.093-1 mg·L^(-1) and 0.494 d^(-1),0.001-1 mg·L^(-1) respectively.It showes that Tetradesmus dimorphus has better affinity for phosphorus.
