摘　　要：本文结合《安全帽产品生产许可证企业实地核查办法》的六大部分内容,即申请材料、人员能力、场所设施/生产设备和检验检测设备、落实质量安全主体责任、技术文件、生产过程控制,对实地核查工作中生产企业容易出现的问题进行了归纳和分析汇总,以指导和帮助生产企业及时改进,提升质量管理水平,促进生产企业落实产品质量主体责任,持续推动安全帽产业的高质量发展。This article examines the six major parts of the “Measures for On-site Verification of Safety Helmet Product Production Licenses in Enterprises”, namely application materials, personnel capabilities, site facilities/production equipment and inspection and testing equipment, assuming primary responsibility for quality and safety, technical documents, and production process control. It summarizes and analyzes the common problems that are faced by production enterprises during on-site verification. The aim is to provide guidance and support to these enterprises, helping them improve in a timely manner, enhance quality management systems, assume product quality responsibility, and continuously promote the high-quality development of the safety helmet industry.
