双眼调节平衡与近视性屈光参差关系的研究

摘　　要：目的分析不同程度近视性屈光参差患者个体双眼间屈光状态与调节参数的差异。方法横断面研究。收集2022年10月至2023年9月近视患者113例,根据屈光参差程度分为屈光不正组、低度近视性屈光参差组及中高度近视性屈光参差组,对其双眼间调节时长、放松时长、调节放松比等指标分析。结果低度近视性屈光参差组较低度数眼与较高度数眼调节时长及调节放松比存在统计学差异;中高度近视性屈光参差组较低度数眼与较高度数眼调节时长、放松时长及调节放松比均存在统计学差异。相关性分析显示:SE差值与调节时长差值、放松时长差值、调节放松比差值存在相关性。结论同一个体较低度数眼调节时长比较高度数眼调节时长短、放松时长长,可快速了解患者不同眼别的调节状态,进而给予针对性的配镜及训练。Objective The differences of binocular refractive status and different accommodative parameters in patients with different degrees of myopic anisometropia were analyzed.Methods Cross-sectional study.From October 2022 to September 2023,113 patients with myopia were admitted.According to the degree of anisometropia,they were divided into three groups:ametropic myopia group,low myopic anisometropia group and high myopic anisometropia group.The average contraction time,the average relaxation time,the contraction/relaxation ratio etc.will be analyzed.Results There were statistical differences in the average contraction time and the contraction/relaxation ratio between the lower degree eye and the higher degree eye in low myopia anisometropia group.There were statistical differences in the average contraction time,the average relaxation time,the contraction/relaxation ratio between the lower degree eye and the higher degree eye in the medium-high myopia anisometropia group.Correlation analysis shows:The SE difference was correlated with the average contraction time difference,the average relaxation time difference and the contraction/relaxation ratio difference.Conclusions In the same individual,the accommodative time of low-degree eyes is longer than that of high-degree eyes.It can quickly understand the accommodative state of different eyes of patients,and carry out targeted prescription and accommodative function training.
