摘  要:为研究表面织构化叶片式液压摆动油缸启动瞬间的摩擦性能,依据端面密封接触压力数学模型,求得端面密封圈与转子、定子的接触压力;将织构作为转子表面粗糙谷,采用高斯分布函数模拟织构化转子粗糙表面,使用MATLAB软件计算织构化转子的表面粗糙度,得到不同织构参数与表面粗糙度的关系曲线。根据Florida模型提供的摩擦因数与表面粗糙度的关系,得出织构化转子与端面密封圈的摩擦因数。依据接触压力模型以及摩擦因数模型,建立启动阻力数学模型,得出摆动油缸所需的启动压力,并通过摆动油缸启动实验,对理论分析结果进行了验证。结果表明:加入织构后,转子的表面粗糙度增大,摆动油缸启动阻力增大。启动阻力实验结果与理论计算结果基本一致,表明建立的数学模型可以预测摆动油缸启动阻力。In order to study the friction performance of the surface textured hydraulic rotary vane actuator(RVA) at the moment of starting,the mathematical model of end seal contact pressure was established to the contact pressure between the end seal ring and the rotor and stator.Taking texture as the rough valley of rotor surface,the rough surface of textured rotor was simulated by Gaussian distribution function.The surface roughness of textured rotor was calculated by MATLAB software,and the relationship curves between different texture parameters and surface roughness were obtained.The friction coefficient of the structured rotor and the end seal was obtained according to the equation of the relationship between friction coefficient and surface roughness provided by the Florida model.Based on the contact pressure model and the friction coefficient model,the mathematical model of starting resistance was established to calculate the required starting pressure of the RVA.The theoretical analysis results were verified by the RVA starting experiments.The results show that after adding texturing structure,the surface roughness of the rotor increases,and the starting resistance of the RVA increases.The experimental results of starting resistance are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results,indicating that the established mathematical model can predict the starting resistance of RVA.
